We have great news!

We are always striving to make a better experience for you. We know that convenience is important and everyone has their preference on how they like to communicate. That’s why we decided to make the Facebook Messenger button available!

For those of you that haven’t signed up for a listing yet, just add your username where it says “Facebook Messenger” at the bottom of your listing submission.

If you’ve already created a listing don’t worry, it’s super easy to do. Just go to “My Listing”, find your listing and click “edit”. Then it will take you to the same sign up form you filled out when you started your listing. Scroll all the way to the bottom and put your username where it says Facebook Messenger. 

Keep in mind that your business username might not be the same as your business name so double check to make sure. To find out what your username is (on your desktop) go to your Facebook business page and directly under your profile pic and your name will be @username. When entering your username for our Facebook Messenger button do not put in the @, just the username.
